This year’s writing retreats are on! Bookings open for the spring and summer. Enjoy a Sunday-to-Friday stay in an Italian farmhouse near the Euganei Hills, home of Petrarch, close to villa-filled Vicenza. Surrounded by vineyards, the retreat will give you a chance to forget our troubled world for a moment and devote yourself to your writing project, whether it be editing, first draft, new ideas, journalling or memoir composition. Or just take the time to reflect.

Healthy, home-cooked meals and hikes in the nearby hills, an ice-cream in town or villa exploration.. whatever fits with your work rhythm. There’s an optional day trip to Venice to explore while dodging the tourists..

The retreat is suited to solo writers - though if you would like to bring a partner, or come along with a small writing group (3-4 people), feel free to make enquiries.
